Yes, we have designated counters at the airport, so there’s no need to hand over your luggage directly to the driver.
Including the delivery day, luggage can be stored for 2 days. For example, if sent on the 26th, it must be picked up by the 27th. If you need to store it for more than 2 days, please contact us before booking.
To ensure timely delivery of all luggage, if the delivery time is missed, we will cancel your order, and no refund will be provided.
No, you can leave your luggage at the hotel front desk. However, don’t forget to upload a photo and inform the hotel staff that Mr. Luggage will collect your luggage.
