What is the weight limit for a single piece of luggage?

A single piece of luggage must not exceed 25 kg. If it exceeds this limit, the driver may refuse to accept it.

Yes, the total length, width, and height must not exceed 180 cm.

Is there a counter at the airport?

Yes, we have designated counters at the airport, so there’s no need to hand over your luggage directly to the driver.

How many days can luggage be stored at the airport?

Including the delivery day, luggage can be stored for 2 days. For example, if sent on the 26th, it must be picked up by the 27th. If you need to store it for more than 2 days, please contact us before booking.

What happens if I don't deliver my luggage on time?

To ensure timely delivery of all luggage, if the delivery time is missed, we will cancel your order, and no refund will be provided.

Do I need to wait for the driver when sending luggage from the hotel?

No, you can leave your luggage at the hotel front desk. However, don’t forget to upload a photo and inform the hotel staff that Mr. Luggage will collect your luggage.

What if my luggage doesn't arrive at the airport?

Rest assured, we won’t let this happen. If it does occur, we will quickly arrange for your luggage to be delivered to your residence.

If you discover any damage, please take a photo immediately and contact us right away.

What is the maximum compensation for each piece of luggage?

In case of damage or loss, the maximum compensation for each piece of luggage is NT$20,000.

Yes, you can cancel your order, but please do so by 6:00 PM (local time) the day before the service. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this time.
