Q: What if my luggage doesn't arrive?

A: We will not let this happen, but if it does occur, we will use air express to ship it back to your home address.
Q: What if the hotel has no one to receive the delivery?

A: We apologize, but we currently cannot serve hotels without reception staff in Taipei.
Q: Can overweight luggage be shipped?

A: Maximum weight per item is 25 kg. If luggage is damaged due to exceeding the weight limit, we cannot provide compensation.
