Important Notes
- Drop-off Deadline: Please ensure luggage is dropped off before the cutoff time; late drop-offs will be delivered the next day.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made before 18:00 on the previous day. No refunds for late cancellations (local time applies).
- Re-delivery Fee: If incorrect address booking or re-collection/re-delivery is requested, an additional NT$350 per trip will apply (see Terms & Conditions).
- Packaging Restrictions: Do not send dangerous goods, cash, or important documents. Fragile or valuable items must be securely packed.
- Overseas Payment Notice: If you are abroad, your bank’s OTP verification SMS may not be received. Please complete payment before departure or use a local mobile number that can receive SMS to ensure successful transaction.
